Please know that I treat the service I provide as a very important ministry, and provide top-notch accuracy, timeliness, trustworthiness, and reliability.

Currently, I will transcribe digital files (mp3, wav, dss, etc.) CD's, DVD'S and Audiocassette Tapes to help Pastors and Bible teachers convert their sermons into text form, and also for born again Christians to convert their Christian Testimonies or even Christian book projects into text as well. 

Also, I only transcribe "as is" with no editing for readability. With the transcribing of sermons or teachings "as is," I do make corrections along the way with spelling, punctuation, language, paragraphs and sometimes wording if needed, so you still will have a very nice finished copy.  Clients will be responsible for the editing portion of the transcriptions I do for them, if they feel they still need or want that after reading over what I've done for them.   

When I am finished with transcribing your audiocassette tape(s), CD, DVD, or digital files (mp3), the finished work can be sent to you in an attachment via email in Microsoft Word format (.doc) for your inspection.  

If you prefer to have the finished copy in print sent to you by regular mail, there will be a $5.00 S&H fee to send back your Tape/CD/DVD, which includes postage and the materials used.  Or, if you send me tapes that do not need to be returned and I send you the finished work in email, then there will be no S&H fees incurred.  Please note: If your tapes need to be sent back, $5.00 S&H fee will be included in your final invoice for the transcription. 

If you have a series of sermon and/or teaching tapes that you would like sent back, I will only charge you the total postage due plus $1.00 more for the packaging.

After you have received your transcribed sermon(s) or teaching tape(s) either via email or regular mail, and if you are pleased with the work done, the agreed upon transcription fee will be due within 15 days.  Hopefully there will be no payment due past the 15-day period, and if so, late payment charges will be applied as well.

Charging my clients a flat transcription rate of $1.50 for each recorded minute of audio helps you to not be charged by page count, work hours, etc.  Also, by publishing my transcription rates there are no surprises when you get your bill.
